Ребят, помогите, не понимаю, в чем ошибка, создаю суперпользователя, пытаюсь зайти - не получается. В чем может быть проблема?

Работать начинает, когда добавляю поле username, то есть понятно, что там с сохранением что-то не так, но хотелось бы авторизацию по емейлу.
